Stakeholders

While domestic workers are at the center of our work, we engage continuously with two key authorities: the Government and employers. Their dynamic and varied roles significantly impact the lives of domestic workers.

Domestic Workers

Domestic Workers Left

We work with diverse groups of domestic workers, including:

  • Part-time workers
  • Full-time workers
  • Live-in migrant domestic workers
  • Workers associated with placement agencies

Government

We engage with the Labour Ministry, Labour Commissioner, and Central Ministry through advocacy, discussions, and collaboration to ensure domestic workers' dignity, recognition, and social security. Our efforts include advocating for fair case handling and establishing worker facilitation centers.

Employers

Employers Left

We hold collaborative meetings to foster communication with employers, educating them and facilitating dialogues. This has led to awareness camps in apartments, building bridges between employers and domestic workers.
